Returns & Exchanges
We are unable to accept any returns or exchanges due to hygienic reasons.
If you have received a defective item, please be sure to take photos of the item(s) all in one photo together (if you have more than 1 item defective) and send it to us by email at email@example.com and we will address the issue as soon as soon as possible in a timely manner. Usually within 1-2 working days we will be able to respond.
We appreciate all inquiries and concerns, do not hesitate to contact us if you should have any questions regarding our return/exchange policy.
All sales are final and there are no refunds, only store credit in the form of a straight exchange for the same items or similar items.
